1996 Chevy Tahoe Battery Wont Charge

1996 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 212K miles

I put in a new battery and alternator and the battery still will not hold a charge. I think the power locks might be stuck... Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Check gauges fuse no.4 10amp and fusible links if okay inspect and test wiring to and from the alternator.
