1995 Chevy Tahoe idle

ook i have a tahoe and the idle high like it suppose to when u start it up but once it drops down to 1 it cuts off but i can drive it but i have to put my foot on the break and gas to keep it from cutting off when i come to a stop but when im on the highway its dosent cut off... i even changes the IAV(idle air control value) and it still dose it so what do you think it is

Any applicable trouble codes? Fuel pressure ok? If your TBI, watch the injector spray patterns. Comnpare one to the other. Maybe the throttle-body needs cleaning?
