1995 Chevy Tahoe cutting out

My tahoe runs good at an idal or when i go off road and run high rpms but mid range going down road or up hills it cutts out real bad stuterrs and jerks what would cause that i thought maybe the cam but im not sure

Get the throttle position sensor and the manifold absolute pressure sensor tested.
