1995 Chevy Tahoe Coolant leaking

I just recently notice something was leaking, when you first start up the car you can see it leaking and it in a spray patern on the ground like its shooting of the belts, i looked under the hood and the belts are wet with coolant/antifreeze seems to be leaking from the water pump im guessing. When you turn vehicle off a steady short stream runs out the bottom then stops.
