SUV Problem

I have a Chevy Suburban, 1999, 1500, 150000mil.
When I'm driving from 45-60 Mil./hr. the car is vibrating like I am driving off the road. First I thought its the road but its not. :?

Might check u-joints or drive shaft if problem goes away when you put it into neutral.
