2007 Chevy Suburban misfire p0300 cylinder 1 and 7

I have replace plugs and wires ,even coil , clean out fuel system swap around injectors , on cylinder #7 and replace coil , still misfire . replace PCM and crank position sensor , had it flash at the dealer , still misfire check wires and ground to computer did a compression test ok, check for pulse at injectors ok ??? can any one help me ??

If you are getting fuel, spark, and it has compression, then the cylender should fire. The only thing I can think of is a bad crank sensor sending spark signal at the wrong time.

gulfgas181 have you resolved your misfire problem. I also have a 07 Sub. has misfire on cylinder 5. I have replaced all the items you replaced plus the local dealer told me I needed to have the heads reworked that there was a valve problem on left side causing the misfre. After they reworked the heads and complete valve job and $1200 later I still have a misfire on 5. Repost if you have resolved your problem.
