my speedometer is not giving the right speed and i have already changed the speed censor.

if its inaccurate than one or more of the teeth may have broken on the little gear in the tranny that runs the sensor

Most often a speedometer problem in an 03-06 GM is caused by failing gauge motors inside the instrument cluster, it's a very common problem.

Your suburban instrument cluster can be rebuilt by a speedometer specialist.
Other than having it rebuilt you could take it to the dealer but the average price for replacement at the dealership is $500-700.
