The front passenger window stopped working in the up position

The front passenger window stopped working in the up position. Lucky for us it was up. The power locks work fine, as do all the other power windows. We hear a click sound from the passenger control switch when we try lowering from the drivers side. Any advice would be great.

Hello,

This could be due to a faulty window regulator. If you hear the click on the switch, it means the switch is producing power, but the motor is not operating.

Take a look at this video, it shows how to test the window switch and motor:

In order to access the window motor, you will have to remove the inner door trim.
Which is mounted by few screws and several plastic fasteners.
