2004 Chevy Suburban dash lights won't shut off when you get

We do have the retained accessory power option that they will stay on for 10 minutes after turning the engine off but they usually turn off when you open the door but they will not turn off now and it is draining my battery.

I would first like to apologize for the slow response as we have been busy here at 2CarPros over the last couple weeks.


First ensure that the courtesy/dome lamps operate normally with the switch. If they do not work properly then you will need to test the ground wiring to the liftgate ajar switch. Also ensure that the instrument panel lamp dimmer switch is in the minimum brightness position. Let me know outcome of these inspections..
