2004 Chevy Suburban blower motor switch only works on #5 hi

need to repair the blower motor switch or find out why the switch now only works on high setting #5 and nothing happends on 1,2,3,4,

Inspect and test the HVAC control module and blower motor resistor. see below

Nothing is easy when dealing with the dash-HVAC control module assy is below the instrument panel -see below for both
