2004 Chevy Suburban Blinkers and Hazards

When I put on my left blinker the hazard lights on go instead. My right blinker works fines. I've checked the lights and they all do work on the outside of the vehicle. Any ideas what is causing this???

A fault in the multifunction switch so when left turn is switched it powers terminal to hazards.
