2004 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

when i drive i hear a scraping noise and when i stop the brakes sound like they bare grinding. i just changed the brakes so what do you think the problem is

Check the caliper piston if its retracting and also check the brake hose could be acting as a one way check valve/collasped internally
