my speedometer stopped working suddenly. It was sitting at 16 mph when parked, so I kept an eye on it when I go on the road. It was sluggish, and registered up to 45 mph, then dropped all the way to 0 and stayed there for the remainer of my trip. what is the most likely cause? how easy is it to fix?

It's probably the instrument cluster, or the vehicle speed sensor, but to eliminate the guesswork, get it scanned for "B" codes!
