If I am driving maintaining a speed between 45-50 in normal conditions the truck RPM's not speed hesitate and lunges.

It sounds like you've got a bad or intermittent lockup torque converter solenoid that is bad, you will have to take it to the transmission shop and have them repair it, because it's a computerized transmission, and you don't have the tools.
