I change the oil and do the reset but all I get is a message 74% instead of the 100% any ideas?

if that doesn't work, try this procedure instead..
Turn ignition key to the ACCESSORY position, then depress and release the accelerator pedal three times in five seconds. The OIL CHANGE SOON light does not come on during this process nor does the light blink to confirm any reset has taken place, but it does work.

Yes I did that and it did say that it reset but it only goes to 74% so thinking their must be a sensor bad but not shure? Thanks

If the oil life still does not reset then there is an internal fault with the instrument panel cluster and the cluster will need replaced. I wouldn't replace the cluster for this problem unless you just want to though, will not cause any harm to vehicle.
