2003 Chevy Suburban Oil Pressure

The Oil Perssure dropped to zero then maxed out at 80 lbs. When put in nutral and acelerated it would go to zero then 80 lbs for about 5 minutes. No unusual engine noise?

Can you diagnose, please?
