2003 Chevy Suburban blows hot on driver side

My Suburban will occasionly start blowing hot air only on the drivers side. Have to stop, turn the engine off and it will then be cold again.

first try pulling the fuse to teh heater & a/c to see if it will reprogram and work right. If not the actuatior may be bad or not getting power. the actuator will be under the dash and i'll send along a picture which should give you a general idea where it is.they are marked #1 and #2 on the picture.
