2003 Chevy Suburban blinkers

My turn signals stop blinking when the brake petal is pushed. They work fine when in park or drive untill you hit the brakes. All bulbs seem to be fine and intact.

Use a voltage tester, test the left and right turn fuses for voltage, while brake is being applied. If no voltage, backtrack the circuit.
