Engine Performance problem
2002 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 50K miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
I recently changed my ’89 Chevy Suburban 1500 for the newer 2002 LT 5.3 litre model, I am more than happy with the 13 year development, more power, better handling, comfort etc., However I do miss that “Throaty” exhaust tone. Is there anything you can suggest/recommend without loss of performance.

Regards.

I'd go get some flowmasters installed and gain performance at the same time /wink. Thats if you like the throaty sound.
