Electrical problem
2002 Chevy Suburban

My right turn signals both front and back will not work but the turn indicator on the dash blinks. I have put in tested good bulbs ( both 3157's and the side bulbs) on both front and back at the same time. Still they will not turn on. Swapped the fuse out. No good. Hazard lights works with the exception of the right side.
Hoping it is not wiring harness ( fingers crossed) cause I have no clue on how to test, trace or replace.

check your grounds on the rear for the tailight and try replacing the turn signal flasher. Not the hazard flasher.
