I took the vehicle to the dealer today to have it checked and it had no codes and was checked out with no issues. The issue is that the psi gauge reads 40 psi and up depending on rpm. When I shut it off, key still in it settles at around 12 psi pull key out it is 0. Start it up and it goes to 40 again at idle even when warm. Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be concerned. The pressure sounds good.
