I have a 2002 Chevy Suburban 1500 Series with a 350 ci engine, approximately 85k miles. In the last 2 oil changes the oil level was a quart low (6 quart capacity). Additionally, I added 1 quart approx 1500 miles ago, and it's already a quart low. There is no visible leaks, no visible burning of oil (tail pipe is clean) and no visible oil in the coolant system. Where is the oil going?!?!? Is this a known symptom with this model year?

its not famous for loosing oil, what you should do is check to see if you see oil ANYWHERE on the outside of the vehicle first.

then move to interior leaking. ie worn piston rings, bad valve seals.
