My 02 Sub had been stalling out. I replaced the fuel filter, didnt help. It finally wouldnt start, I checked the Fuel pressure...none. The fuel pump was still running even though I wasnt getting pressure. I replaced the pump but now the new pump wont run. The relay is being energized but only for a second. You can hear it close and open after a splt second. We swapped it with another and it worked fine in another vehicle. I am not sure where to go now. Thanks

Sounds like the problem is coming from the computer controlled of the relay

the relay wouldnt stay energized because the battery was a little below 12 volts. The new Delphi pump was also bad. Charged the battery and replaced the the new pump (with a cheaper one)and everything worked
