2002 Chevy Suburban cigarett lighter fuse burn

Suddenly my cigarett lighter fuse keeps burnning out whenever I used my cigarett lighter. Bought new harness and lighter plugs but fuse still burn out. Any suggestions that I can do to fix this prolem. Everything else works.

if it only blows when you use it i would replace the lighter element and housing, that is the only thing it can be.
