2002 Chevy Suburban Belt or Pulley?

2002 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 125K miles

We replaced the belt twice in the past few months - the first one lasted about 3 months before the chirping began again, the second one lasted about a month. We replaced the tensioner pulley about 18 months ago. What do you think might be the problem?

I would suspect belt if replacing the belt fixing it for few month
try different brand and make sure you have the correct belt for your application
