2001 Chevy Suburban GEAR SHIFTING

My truck as I take off shifts out of 1st and 2nd but when it gets to 3rd it feels like its driving in neutral, and will not shift out or drive above 35 MPH. I have not had any problems with this until I got my a/c,tensioner,and serpentine belts replaced 2 days prior to the truck began to not shift.All the fluid levels are ok.

Have the transmission control module scanned for codes. There could be an issue with the 2-3 shift solenoid.
