Now my speed odometer and gas gauges and ac and heat is not working

All you need to do is fix the wires you clipped and thing should be back to normal. Just make sure to do it correctly using steel connectors solderin and using shrink tubing to cover them. Do not use the crimp type connectors as you will have trouble rather quickly.
