2000 Chevy Suburban overheating problems

My 2000 Chey Suburban is over heating, the motor has been replace but the problems are the same. we install a new radiator, thermostat, but the suburban fail to work properly, and keep overheating do you have any other sugestion of what could be causing the problem.

does your clutch fan work and properly push air through radiator? did you replace the radiator cap?
