2000 Chevy Suburban Fan only runs at setting 5

I have a 2000 chev suburban; recently changed the water pump; also changed out the cabin air filters. Now I dind out that the front air fan only works on setting #5

The rear fan works in all three settings.

What could be wrong?

Replace the blower motor resistor
