1999 Chevy Suburban where is cam position located

i recently had my engine light come on.i got it checked and they said it was the cam position sensor.i dont know where to find it.the engine cuts out sometimes going down road and makes it jump.

305 and 350 CID engines its in the distributor

there is only one module in distributor,is the the control module and cam sensor
