Suburban loses power, cuts out, and eventually dies when traveling up a prolonged hill. We have replaced spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, air filter, and cat converters. Runs well on flat surfaces. Any advice? I am afraid the dealer will keep suggesting costly items until they guess right!

This may sound a stupid question, but there is a method to my madness. How long a hill are you climbing and at what altitude? Please advise.
