1999 Chevy Suburban shimmy and steering wheel shake.

I always get a pronounced front end shimmy and steering wheel shake at between 50 - 60 miles an hour, same everytime and even worse with a slight right hand turn input at highway speeds. The steering is also notchy at slower speeds.
