I have been trying to remove the rotor of my car for almost 3 days. Can you please tell me what magic trick will allow this to be removed. It is absolutely crazy that so much time has been wasted and I still cannot remove. I have read up on this and found different answers but still no luck.

I assume you can't get the rotor off the hub? I am not sure when GM started doing this but on my 2005 Silverado 4X4 there is a single torx or allen head screw (can't remember which) that fastens the rotor to the hub. Check to see if you have that fastener and remove it.
