1999 Chevy Suburban P1351 Ignition Coil Control Circuit Hig

I changed plugs , wires ,rotor , cap ignition control module, coil and camshaft position sensor. and I still come up with this code. reinstalled the old coil to see if it was a bad coil , but it still wont start ....... code P 1351 ... IDM input circuit malfunction/ ignition coil control circuit high voltage it turns over but sound like its misfiring or out of time any thoughts ??? the suburban is a K2500 with a 454/ 7.4L vin J...............thank you , Mike
