Electrical problem

Sorry for the repost, I think I put the original question in the wrong forum:
I have built a hydrogen generator for the 99 Suburban, problem is the there will be no gains in fuel mileage unless either an O2 sensor enhancer , or a MAP/MAF sensor enhancer is also installed. I need to know which one of these items to buy ALSO whether those items on this vehicle are voltage driven, pulse or frequency driven, as there are basically 2 types of devices to buy. Thanks for any and all replies.
