Electrical problem
1999 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 60k miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry for the repost, I think I put the original question in the wrong forum:
I have built a hydrogen generator for the 99 Suburban, problem is the there will be no gains in fuel mileage unless either an O2 sensor enhancer , or a MAP/MAF sensor enhancer is also installed. I need to know which one of these items to buy ALSO whether those items on this vehicle are voltage driven, pulse or frequency driven, as there are basically 2 types of devices to buy. Thanks for any and all replies.

The sensors are all voltage fed and use resistance for the feedback readings. The o2 sensors work off a reactive material in the sensor. I have seen manual controls for the MAF sensors, I believe MSD makes it, mostly used in supercharged or other externelly aspirated engines
