1999 Chevy Suburban ice on inside of windshield

my wife told me she has recently found ice on the inside of her windshield as she got in her car the other day. what could cause this?

moisture when it gets inside the car and it freezes will cause that, such as sitting in the car with it off the windows will fog up, if that stays on the window and it freezes it will become ice on the windshiled. you may have a bad weather strip aroudn the window also.
