1999 Chevy Suburban I need Help!

I have a 1999 1500 chevrolet suburban. I just last week replaced the water pump and it keeps running hot. I put dexcool in it and everytime i park it and crank it back the dexcool is gone. I don't have any leaks and cant understand where the fluid is going and making the truck run hot.
