we replaced timing chaine/ distributor/fule filter.
tryed to start, will not start but back fires. what could we do more, and have we over looked some thing??
what is the fule psi? and is it posible for the fule pump
to be bad?

The firing order might not be correct and need to be checked
If the firing order is messed up the engine may not start or it may pop and backfire. This may damage the engine so always double-check the firing order if you are unsure.
If you do not have it, provide me more information
like , 4.3 or 5.3 ...
