1999 Chevy Suburban fast idle

My Suburban idles way to fast! I have changed the idle air control but it still idles fast......is there some other sensor that knows when I have stopped?

Clean the throttle plate, inspect the throttle cable could be sticking/kinked and test the throttle position sensor-
