1999 Chevy Suburban distributor

Every time we get alot of rain or moisture my distributor fills with moisture and my truck wont start.

There is a vent the needs to be checked and cleared on the distributer. I recommend replacing the cap and rotor wthan a/c delco or delphi brand on those.
