please describe how the clutch fan is removed from the water pump, set up is not like classic 350 engines.

With the clutch fan are held on by nuts. With pressure on belt so engine and fan wont turn you have to loosen up each one at a time, turning the engine by hand a little to get at the next one, sometimes you will find little space between radiator and fan. When all nuts are off the remove the cluch fan watch out for the raditor.
