1999 Chevy Suburban brake light,, turn signal, and hazard l

1999 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced all 3 bulbs, socket plate and checked all fuses.. Most of the time it doesn't work but on occassion it does work

Does the high-mount brake lite work? Your lower brake lites and turn signal uses the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. If the high-mount brake lite works and the lower brake lites don't, I'd have to check the multifunction switch/turn switch.
