1999 Chevy Suburban antifreeze in oil

1999 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN
200,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

engine overheated - radiator was replaced
antifreeze is in the oil.
compression is between 170-190 in all cylinders

where do i go from here?

This would indicate a cracked water jacket, or the water pump itself may have leaked into the engine. Anti freeze destroys bearings very quickly...
