Will a 5.7 liter engine from a 1991 suburban fit a 1999 suburban with a 5.7 liter engine

First, we always recommend direct fit parts. As far as the engine, it should fit, but you will need to switch everything from the old engine onto the new one, intake, injectors, sensors... My biggest concern is that the newer vehicle has a place for a sensor that didin't exist on the older engine. If that is the case, then you will run into trouble. Compare it to yours and make sure everything looks the same.
