1998 Chevy Suburban injector

I can start the suburban but the engine start to shake, there is no black smoke. Does not run that good. Feels like is going to turn off but does not. I have changed the wires of the spark plugs and spark plugs. Reinstall everything back correctly. Change the distributor cap. One of the spark plug is wet with fuel. I replace with a new one and did the same think. Can the cause of this be the injector going bad or is bad?

I would appreciated if you can help me out.

The sparkplug that is wet with fuel does it have spark if so check the fuel injector, no spark could be an open sparkplug wire/coil etc
