I was using my 4wheel low setting to manuever through some snow and ice and I forgot to switch to 4high when I started picking up speed. Now there is a loud grinding sound coming from the rear of the vehicle when I use 4 wheel drive, what did I damage?

How fast were you driving in 4lo? Have you checked transfer case fluid and differential fluid.

Let me know.
