1997 Chevy Suburban steering problem

My steering problem started with a little play and then today I can turn the wheel 1.5 times around. It is still driveable but barely.lol.

Check flex copuler in shaft Have entire system checked. Maybe be steering gear. If you live in Fla. let me know when your on the road.
