Steering problem
1997 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was backing up a trailer and turning wheels sharply when all of a sudden there was no power steering. Fluid was low, but even after I filled it, there is no power. Could it be the pump and how hard is it to replace? thank you

make sure the high pressure line didn't burst. Also, yes it could be the pump. It is just a matter of unbolting and reinstalling the new one.
