1997 Chevy Suburban fuel sustem

I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump all the rod barons, new tramsmission but now the suv still isnt getting fuel..

Do you hear the fuel pump come on for 2secs-if so do a fuel pressure check and comeback with the readings. If not check the fuse/fuel pump relay and the computer fuel pump relay control.
