1996 Chevy Suburban 96 sub has water inside it?

So my 96 suburban has alot of water in the rear cargo area. I know it is not the rear heater unit leaking, because there is no coolant in the water. Does any one know if there is a leaking issue with these suburbans? I have the barnyard doors. I was thinking either the rear dors of the roof rack. No water stains in the ceiling?

Check the weather stripping, by putting a piece of thin paper between the weather stripping and door, then shut door. The paper should not move, if it does, then you may have to replace the weather stripping.

I tried that already, can't seem to find any places were it slides easily, have to really pull. the glass it's self doesn't leak. used the foaming glass cleaner and compressed air trick to check for that.

If you have a roof rack, it may be leaking there, traveling down the body into the inside.

I have a factory roof rack, and i checked it out. there are no stains on the ceiling liner. I pulled out all the bolts and silicone sealed them, and retorqued them to spec. The side panels are not wet either. Just the carpet behind and under the third seat.

Inspect the rear wheel liner and area where spare tire is, look for undercoating that is missing or sealant that is missing.
Inspect area around fuel filler for missing/torn seals.
